We had an incredible time tubing down Rio Azul! The staff was super friendly and guided us through both calm waters and thrilling rapids. My kids loved the water slide, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot springs amidst beautiful wildlife.
My kids wished there were more variety in activities specifically designed for children.

The grounds sport beautiful views, complemented by well-maintained hot springs that are perfect for relaxation after a long day. Unique to this place are the tubing adventures, which offer a thrilling experience as you glide down the river surrounded by stunning landscapes.
Our bathroom had a noticeable urine smell upon arrival, which wasn't exactly welcoming. The Junior Suite could use some updating, particularly in the bathrooms, as they felt quite dated. Additionally, the shower pressure left much to be desired. it was practically non-existent, making it frustrating to use. The gravel road leading here is bumpy and tiresome, worth noting if you're traveling in a regular car rather than an SUV. Communication about facility issues, like the hot springs and pool availability, needs improvement for a smoother experience.

great facilities but minor maintenance issues
The gardens are impeccably landscaped, providing a serene escape. The thermal waters in the hot springs feel incredible, especially at night when the ambiance is enhanced with soft lighting. The Junior Suite offers generous space, which is perfect for organizing our belongings, and the quality of towels was impressive.
The maintenance of the pool area could be improved, as there were a few loose tiles that felt unsafe.

A Nature Lover's Dream
I had an incredible stay in a Junior Suite for two nights, enjoying the serene beauty of the gardens and the luxury of the hot springs. The staff was attentive and made sure every detail of my stay was catered to, from the delicious breakfast of fresh fruits to the mesmerizing wildlife encounters I had right at the pool. I particularly loved the peaceful atmosphere and how close I felt to nature, especially during my morning coffee on the porch while watching the birds.
